Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants. Before DOWLING, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal No. 83, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 1638 and 1639 of 1975. Submitted March 16, 1977.
