Appeal, No. 332, Jan. T., 1967, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Philadelphia County, Dec. T., 1965, Nos. 1161-1165, 1170, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Willie Hargrove. Order affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition denied after hearing before GREENBERG, J. Defendant appealed.
