Appeal, No. 386, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1965, Nos. 1161, 1165, and 1170, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Willie Hargrove. Order affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition denied, opinion by REED, J. Petitioner appealed.
