Indictment charging defendant with robbery, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, criminal conspiracy, carrying firearms on a public street or place and unlawfully carrying firearms without a license. Before SILVERSTEIN, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 324, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1974, Nos. 1784, 1785, and 1786. Argued March 19, 1975.
