Appeal, No. 79, Jan. T., 1973, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1971, No. 699, affirming order of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, May T., 1970, Nos. 62 to 65, inclusive, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Bucky Joe Hampton. Order affirmed.

Reporter's Note: On March 3, 1975, the Supreme Court of the United States denied a petition for a writ of certiorari. 420 U.S. 965.

Same case in Superior Court: 219 Pa. Super. 760.

Petition for post-conviction relief. Before KURTZ, JR., J.

Petition denied. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the order of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
