Indictment charging defendant with unlawful sales of heroin. Before McCORMICK, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 594, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1975, Nos. 113 and 114. Submitted November 8, 1976.
