Indictments charging defendant with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, recklessly endangering another person, burglary, theft, theft by receiving stolen goods and resisting arrest. Before RIDGE, J., without a jury. Defendant's demurrer to charge of possession and possession with intent to deliver sustained and defendant found not guilty of receiving stolen property and guilty of burglary, theft and resisting arrest and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 179, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7305955 and CC7401744. Submitted November 14, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
