Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The sentence is vacated and the finding regarding prior convictions is set aside. The finding of guilt of the underlying offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor shall stand and the matter is remanded to the District Court for further proceedings on that portion of the complaint regarding prior convictions, and for resentencing.
