Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery, playfully or wantonly pointing a firearm, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and burglary. Before GOODHEART, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1776, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, Nos. 1807 to 1810, inclusive. Argued September 17, 1976.
