Criminal proceedings. Robbery, theft, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering, and receiving stolen property. Before STANZIANI, J. No. 1330 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 1391 of 1980.
