Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and possession of an instrument of crime. Before HALBERT, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of possession of an instrument of crime and guilty of aggravated assault and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment which were filed nunc pro tunc denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1768, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1975, Nos. 1893 and 1894. Submitted September 13, 1976.
