Indictments charging defendant with perjury and hindering apprehension. Before ERB, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of perjury and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 5, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 418. Submitted March 14, 1977.
