Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of drugs and unlawful possession of drugs with intent to distribute. Before REED, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 416, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 7502427A. Submitted April 12, 1976.
