Order entered granting defendant's petition to vacate the order of court granting an extension of time to the Commonwealth to commence trial and defendant discharged, order by PALMER, P.J. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 1717, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Oct. T., 1975, No. 211. Submitted September 16, 1976.
