Indictment charging defendant with bookmaking. Before ATKINS, P.J. Appeal, No. 1, March T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of York County, Jan. T., 1965, No. 50. Argued March 11, 1968.

Victor Dell'Alba, with him Dell'Alba, Gailey Gilbert, for appellant; Nevin J. Trout, Assistant District Attorney, with him John F. Rauhauser, Jr., District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
