Appeals, Nos. 608, 609, and 610, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, June T., 1965, Nos. 806, 808, and 809. Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, and charging defendant and another with aggravated robbery. Argued September 13, 1966.
