Indictments charging defendant with robbery, using a firearm in the commission of a crime and recklessly endangering the lives of other persons. Before ZIEGLER, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 628, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 8105. Submitted February 17, 1976.
