Indictment charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor. Before ABOOD, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 173, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County, No. C-666-1976. Submitted April 11, 1977.
