Indictments charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before PRATTIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1600, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1976, Nos. 1072, 1073, and 1074. Submitted December 14, 1977.
