Criminal proceedings. Speeding, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest, reckless driving and turning movements without the required signals. Before LOWE, J. No. 850 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 115 of 1980. Argued March 9, 1981.
