Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, carrying concealed deadly weapons, and playfully pointing a firearm. Before LAGAKOS, J. Appeals, Nos. 649 and 650, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1970, Nos. 1396 and 1397. Argued March 19, 1973.
