Indictments charging defendant with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors. Before KLEIN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of both charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 543, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, Nos. 879 and 880. Submitted September 12, 1977.
