Indictment charging defendant with robbery, violations of the Uniform Firearms Act, criminal conspiracy, weapons offenses and aggravated assault. Before HALBERT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery, carrying firearms without a license, criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime generally, possession of a concealed weapon, carrying a prohibited offensive weapon, and aggravated assault. Defendant's motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 126, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1977, Nos. 1589 and 1593. Submitted June 12, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
