Indictment charging defendant with criminal attempt to commit murder, theft of movable property, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Before GARDNER, J. Verdict of guilty on all indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1904, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, May T., 1974, No. 118. Argued December 10, 1976.
