Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Before TERRIZZI, P.J. Verdicts of guilty of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1891, October T., 1977, No. 86 of 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, No. 86 of 1975. Submitted June 27, 1978.
