Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, wantonly pointing and discharging a deadly weapon, and attempt with intent to kill. Before WIEAND, J. Appeals, Nos. 226 to 228, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, June T., 1969, Nos. 76 to 78, inclusive. Submitted December 8, 1971.
