Appeal, No. 37, April T., 1947, from judgment of Q.S., Westmoreland Co., Feb. T., 1946, No. 95, in case of Commonwealth v. Paul H. George. Judgment affirmed; reargument refused May 15, 1947.

Nonsupport proceeding. Before McWHERTER, J.

Defendant sentenced to pay specified sum monthly for support of wife and children. Defendant appealed.
