Indictments charging defendant with forgery, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before ACKER, J. Defendant's demurrer to charges of forgery and receiving stolen property sustained. Verdict of guilty of conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 534, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, June T., 1975, No. 34. Submitted April 11, 1977.
