Indictments charging defendant with burglary and simple assault. Before SMORTO, J. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 271, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County, Nos. C-868 and C-869 of 1975. Submitted April 12, 1976.
