Indictments charging defendant with various counts of assault with intent to commit murder, attempt with intent to murder, assault and battery, pointing and discharging a deadly weapon and malicious mischief. Before KREIDER, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 8, 9, and 10, March T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Dauphin County, June T., 1966, Nos. 115, 117, and 118. Argued April 9, 1968.
