Indictments charging defendant with indecent assault, robbery, resisting arrest, attempted rape, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, burglary and terroristic threats. Before BONAVITACOLA, J., without a jury. Finding of not guilty of robbery and aggravated assault and guilty on all other indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 242, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1975, Nos. 1497 and 1501. Submitted April 2, 1976.
