Indictments charging defendant with forgery, false statement of financial condition, obtaining property or credit by false statement, false report of a criminal offense, false pretense and unlawful possession of a counterfeit motor vehicle title. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unlawful possession of a fraudulent motor vehicle title and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 791, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1973, No. 1601. Argued March 15, 1976.
