Submitted April 10, 1978.

November 3, 1978.

Indictment charging defendant with carrying a firearm without a license, unlawful sale of firearm, and altering and obliterating marks of identification on firearm. Before SAWYER, P.J. Defendant found guilty of all charges. Defendant's motion for new trial granted as to charge of obliteration of identification marks and petition by prosecution to nolle pros this charge granted and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 174, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 1030 of 1976. Submitted April 10, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
