Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery with intent to kill, assault and battery with intent to maim, armed robbery, receiving stolen goods, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, and related offenses. Before RIDGE, J. Appeal, No. 167, April T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1970, No. 7248, and Nov. T., 1970, No. 7863. Argued: November 16, 1972.
