Appeal, No. 315, Jan. T., 1971, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1970, No. 12, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Arnold Furtick. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before WILLIAMS, JR., J., without a jury.

Finding of guilty of murder in the second degree; post-trial motions by defendant denied, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
