Indictments charging defendant with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before WOODRING, P.J., specially presiding. Verdict of guilty of receiving stolen property and not guilty of criminal conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 941, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 1235 of 1974. Submitted September 13, 1976.
