Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, simple assault, making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. Before MONROE, P.J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of simple assault, making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2021, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 2590 of 1974. Submitted December 6, 1976.
