Indictment charging defendant with burglary. Before SUGERMAN, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty on indictment and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1984, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 1723 C of 1974. Argued December 8, 1976.

Clarence A. Dickerson, with him John R. Merrick, Public Defender, for appellant; Frank J. Williams, Assistant District Attorney, and William H. Lamb, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
