Proceeding brought by appellant under Pa.R.Crim.P. 324 to obtain the return of property seized by police pursuant to the execution of two search warrants. Before COFFROTH, J. No. 909 Apr. T., 1977. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County, No. 23 of 1977. Submitted April 10, 1978.
