Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, heroin, delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. Before JOHNSON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 76, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7501432A. Submitted April 13, 1976.
