Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Appeal, No. 31, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Feb. T., 1970, No. 523. Argued June 12, 1972.
