Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, possession of instruments of crime, possession of prohibited offensive weapon and false imprisonment. Before GOLDMAN, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1921, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, September T., 1976, No. 659. Submitted March 20, 1978.
