Proceeding upon petition of defendant to vacate sentence, for new trial and for withdrawal of guilty plea, filed after sentence following plea of guilty of charges of receiving stolen goods, larceny, and corrupt solicitation. Appeal, No. 640, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Bucks County, No. 1780 of 1966 Sessions, opinion by GARB, J. Argued June 10, 1968.

Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
