COMMONWEALTH v. Adelson FEDNA.
On the charge of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, the judgment is affirmed. On the charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a misdemeanor, the judgment is reversed, the verdict is set aside, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
