Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of a counterfeit operator's license and registration card, theft by receiving stolen property and violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before SCIRICA, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 672, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 630. Argued June 15, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
