Appeal, No. 251, April T., 1962, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Allegheny County, Nov. T., 1961, No. 333, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William R. Falce. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with operating and maintaining a lottery. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury.

Adjudication of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed.

Argued November 15, 1962.


The six judges who heard the argument in this case being equally divided in opinion, the judgment of sentence is affirmed.
