Indictment charging defendant with burglary, rape and assault. Before WIEAND, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1861, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Nos. 1780, 1781, and 1782 of 1974. Argued September 21, 1976.
