Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Before CAMPBELL, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal No. 787, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, No. 926 of 1975. Submitted November 8, 1976.
