Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person. Before KLEIN, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of aggravated assault and guilty of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 904, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1976, No. 1114. Submitted September 12, 1977.
