Indictments charging defendants with unlawful possession and sale of obscene literature. Before GARDNER, P.J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1199, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Wyoming County, No. 5 of 1973. Argued December 4, 1974.

Judgment of sentence affirmed; petition for reargument refused March 17, 1975.
